Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made about delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you, the customer, and us, Laura Lorbeer Design, for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been received in full and we have debited your credit card, debit card, or bank account via Paypal. At that stage your order will be dispatched and you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of your successful payment and placing the order.

Privacy policy

Laura Lorbeer Design is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. Return policy

We do accept returns if a product isn't up to the standard of which it was displayed on this website. Slight colour variations may occur and do not count as a reason to return the goods. You can not return items if you change your mind. We accept returns for damaged goods. This only includes damage that occurred prior to arriving in your home, due to rough handling by Australia Post.
